The Challenge

The Southern Cone feeds the world, but its innovation ecosystem was fragmented across borders. Great scientific talent remained isolated, lacking the “zero-to-one” support and global connections needed to build scalable companies.

The Intervention

Launched FoodRise as a cross-regional hub to accelerate startups and activate corporate innovation around food security.
Built an ecosystem platform linking startups, corporates, governments, and investors across 4 countries.
Activated the first acceleration initiative focused on solutions for shelf-life, waste reduction, nutrition, and logistics

The Impact

A new regional execution platform is now in motion, designed to turn Southern Cone science and talent into scalable solutions that strengthen food security and resilience.
